Assess whether XO shows what changed from each resident’s usual pattern, how long it persisted and what evidence supports or contradicts the interpretation.
Carry shared understanding forward
Evaluate whether evidence from sensors, care records and staff notes retains a consistent meaning as it moves through handovers, reviews, care planning and follow-up.
Complete defined work
Choose a priority workflow such as an assessment, care report or care-planning task. Evaluate whether governed agents can gather the relevant evidence, apply authorized procedures and prepare the output for review.
Make staff time count
Measure the time XO returns against the time it requires. Staff use, resident acceptance, workflow fit and technical reliability are part of the evaluation.

Define success before the 60 days begin
We work with your executive sponsor and care lead to select the resident group, priority evidence sources and workflow. We map current procedures and agree on the measures that will guide the decision. Readiness checks, consent preparation and planning happen before the evaluation starts.
Put XO to work in daily care
We set up the technology, train staff across shifts and support your team while XO establishes each resident’s usual patterns. Regular check-ins address questions, adoption and progress.
Review the evidence before you expand
Before the engagement ends, we review what XO surfaced, how the team used it, what work was prepared and what changed in the workflow. You decide whether to proceed, agree on a focused extension or conclude the engagement. There is no automatic renewal.
What is included
Baseline 60 includes XO sensing hardware, XO Platform access, onboarding, training across shifts, a named XO support contact and regular progress reviews.
Your care lead receives visibility into use and progress. Leadership receives written findings to support the final decision. Supplied sensing devices remain with the community when the engagement concludes.
