These terms cover this website. Use of the XO Care or XO Guardian applications, and any pilot or subscription, is governed by the separate agreement covering that service.

Using this site

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may change them; the date above tells you when they last changed.

This site is information, not medical advice

Everything here describes what our products do. None of it is medical advice, none of it is a diagnosis, and none of it should be used to decide whether someone needs care. XO products report wellness signals and changes against a person's own usual pattern. They are not diagnostic devices, they do not detect emergencies, and they do not replace a clinician, a care plan, or calling for help. If you are worried about someone, contact a health professional or your local emergency service.

What we show you

Product imagery and interface captures illustrate how the products work. Demonstration content uses invented residents and synthetic data, not real people. Pilot results described on this site are the experience of the facilities involved and are not a promise of the same outcome anywhere else.

The beta programme

Joining the XO Care beta list is a request, not an entitlement. We decide who is admitted and when, we may change or end the programme, and beta software is expected to be incomplete and to change.

Our material

The content of this site, including its text, imagery, film and design, belongs to XO Technology Inc. or is used with permission. You may read it, link to it and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own, or use our name or marks to suggest we endorse something we do not.

Fair use of the site

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at volume, or gain unauthorised access to this site or the services behind it.

Other people's sites

We link to third parties, and our booking window is provided by Cal.com. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

No warranty, and limits on liability

This site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that everything on it is complete and current. To the fullest extent the law allows, XO Technology Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia, Canada, and the courts of Nova Scotia have jurisdiction. The contracting entity is XO Technology Inc., 1345 Norma Eddy Ln, 3rd Floor, Halifax, NS B3J 0H6, Canada.
